Established to handle the commercial exploitation of the work of the twelve research groups within the University's Department of Computer Science.

MIL® is able to license out technology and acts as a 'seed bed' for technology which can be spun out into products within separately established companies.

The company provides consultancy and support services to the industrial community, covering 4 main areas: research exploitation, technology transfer, consultancy and training.

MIL® works closely with the University’s exploitation company UMIP.
