Partnership Overview
On November 2nd 2005, Larry Hirst, the Country General Manager of IBM UK and Professor John Perkins FREng, the Vice-President and Dean of The Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of IBM and the University of Manchester.
The School of Computer Science is delighted to be working with IBM to develop closer working relationships in respect to research, education, the application of scientific knowledge, recruitment activities and corporate responsibility.
