Evolutia Design limited is a graphic
and website design company, focussing primarily on e-commerce
and bespoke website designs. All three directors are Manchester
Computing graduates who first came together to work on a project
to design a new website for Afflecks palace in Manchester.
Graduate Profile
We asked company director Michael Byrne (a Computer Science with Industrial Experience graduate) about the skills he aquired on the programme, and about his aspirations for the future:
"The course gave me the necessary skills I felt would get me started in one of many IT related jobs, and more importantly the means and belief to learn new skills. My year in industry allowed me to put into practice those skills, as well as learning new ways of working. It gave me a different perspective on the rest of my time at University.
As a business we aspire to continue growing, and to have a brand name that is recognised and respected. We would like to create our own e-commerce websites and hope that the website business will become an in-house development team when our own web sites eclipse the size of the current Evolutia Design".
