An Unconference for People Who Do Hypertext" href="http://www.webartsciencecamp.org/" display="Web / Art / Science Camp"]. W/A/S Camp is an unconference, so there's no traditional conference structure (papers and posters), instead its a much more fluid event, with opportunistic sessions intermixed with a few fixed activities. Topics will be determined by the mix of people on the day, but anything to do with hypertext technology, art, or science is in scope. Anybody who has a demo to give, or a burning issue to discuss, can come along and make sure it goes up on the planning wall! Participants do not have to be researchers to come. W/A/S Camp is not just for computer scientists. Work by poets, professionals, startup warriors, and academics in the humanities and political/social sciences are al encouraged. W/A/S Camp is one of the only academic conferences to publish research in non-linear formats.
