Cognitive Systems
The Division has been extremely successful in knowledge and technology transfer with the spinout of Kestra a company which produced a tool for PCB inspection -- sold for $12.5M; iMorphics, involved in drug discovery and Genemation simulation faces.
The Division has also produced Maverik the widely used public domain software which was adopted as the GNU VR platform. The Division has developed strong links with BAe, the UK Met Office and others.
