UG Year 2 tutorial marking scheme

Overview

The 2nd year tutorial mark counts for 5% of COMP23420 Software Engineering's coursework mark.

The 2nd year tutorial mark is given out of 7.

Marking scheme

The 2nd year tutorial mark breaks down as follows.

• 1 mark for the Careers Workshop of welcome week subdivided as follows:
  1. Attendance of first day: 1/6
  2. Attendance of second day: 1/6
  3. Production of CV: 4/6
• 2 marks for semester 1 reading week essay (marked out of 20).
• 1 mark for semester 1 presentation.
• 1 mark for attendance of semester 1 tutorials.
• 1 mark for semester 2 presentation.
• 1 mark for attendance of semester 2 tutorials.

TOTAL: 7 marks converted to 5% (as stated above).
