MIAPE Column Chromatography

The Protome Standards Initiative is developing a collection of documents describing the Minimum Information About a Proteomics Experiment (MIAPE).  One such document is for Column Chromatography.  This temporary web page is intended to support the evolution of the MIAPE Column Chromatography proposal during the summer of 2006.  It is planned to discuss the document at the September 2006 PSI meeting, and to submit the document to the PSI document process in October 2006.

The following documents are available:

  2. A list of known issues in the above document.

The hope is that:
  1. People will comment on the MIAPE document to the PSI GPS list or informally by email to Norman Paton or Andy Jones (by 29th September).
  2. People will comment on the suitability of the experiment descriptions to the PSI GPS list or informally by email to Norman Paton or Andy Jones (by 29th September) - is this what you consider to be an appropriate level and style of description?
Both forms of feedback will be used in the production the MIAPE document that will be submitted to the PSI document process. This will either be subject to a further round of public validation, or the changes will be considered modest enough to allow direct submission to the PSI document process, where the document will be formally reviewed.
