Computer Vision for 3D Studio Production

This talk will present ongoing research in the development of computer vision techniques to bridge the gap between the real-world and computer generated imagery. A multiple camera studio system will be introduced for capturing animated models of people for both broadcast and games production. Ongoing research is addressing the reconstruction and representation of dynamic shape, appearance and movement for the whole-body and faces.
