The History of the Department in Pictures
Abstract We have over 2,000 images of the department dating back to the 1940s: some iconic, some frankly quite obscure. The talk will describe the building of a new system that makes them publicly available. We will also describe some of the problems that we encountered and then show a selection of images, each of which has a story behind it.
